Afro Campana

Traditional African rhythms, vocals and dance - that would be the most brief and accurate description of the band AFRO CAMPANA. The founder and leader of this band is Igor Holka. Thanks to him the band has professional musical instruments that are directly made in the cradle of music - in Africa. This endless source of musical inspiration and knowledge is used in a band as a base in interpreting their own rhythms, which come mostly from Guinea, Senegal and Mali.

6 drummers, who are currently still in the composition of the band are graduates of many courses to play percussion and dance led by top trainers. A huge benefit is the rhythm and singing performed by Argentine Ernesto Naishtat, who studied percussion play around the world. Special colouring sounds of African drums fills up a percussion kit, which the band uses to bring this music full of sunshine and joy to the European ear of the listener.
